PLEASE NOTE; if you have clothing included in your order, We will ship them separate. We do not want to damage clothing if oils spill from product will in transit to its destination.

We use all natural and only a few synthetics in our Body Treats. All our products includes a written statement which includes all ingredients used to make said product. If you have and questions about a ingredient or about custom orders email us at info@bodytreatsbyshay.com and we will glady help with that.

We ship within in the United States only at this time. Unfortunately we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes in the U.S. at this time and are unable to send the pacakages to any other countries or destinantions.

Returned items must be 75% intact and returned in their original packaging and include a copy of the packing slip. You can return items up to 45 days after the date we shipped your order. Shipping charges are not usually refundable.

If we shipped the wrong item to you by mistake, please contact Customer Care and we will ship the correct item at no additional cost.

Our processing time is 5-7 days, not including holidays and weekends. During the holiday season it can be up to 10 days. Our Body Treats are handmade once you order, we allow 3-4 days to cure and packaged. If you have a question about current times, email us at info@bodytreats.com.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday.

Major holidays like Christmas and Labor Day are not included in transit times. We’re happy to ship via UPS, UPS Express, FedEx, or USPS.

USPS normally takes 2-3 transit days, but may take up to 10. If your package goes missing, contact us at info@bodytreatsbyshay.com.

USPS Parcel Select Ground normally takes between 10-15 business days to deliver. If you are located in Alaska or Hawaii, delivery can take between 15-30 business days. If your package goes missing, please contact your local post office for assistance

UPS 2-Day Air orders placed before noon PST will ship the same business day. Orders placed after noon will ship the following business day.

UPS 2-Day Air doesn’t deliver on Saturdays or Sundays, so an order placed after noon on Thursday will arrive Tuesday. If you need guaranteed delivery, this is your best option.

Ground shipping takes around 5 days to deliver in the US from our Tallahassee, FL fulfillment center. It can be USPS, UPS, or FedEx at our discretion. Our Premium Fragrance Oils are all expertly crafted right here in the U.S by master perfumers. With decades of industry experience, our Nature's Oil team of perfumers are certified by the IFRA to ensure compliance to quality standards. Each fragrance is then run through rigorous quality control to ensure both quality and consistency in every drop. We then package each 15ml and 60ml fragrance oil in a beautiful glass amber bottle to protect freshness and then top it off with a european style dropper tip to control the flow of material. Each bottle also contains a safety seal cap to ensure your product arrives to you sealed from our factory. We hope you enjoy every one of our thoughtfully curated scents...over 500 and counting.
