Frequently asked questions
Returned items must be 75% intact and returned in their original packaging and include a copy of the packing slip. You can return items up to 45 days after the date we shipped your order. Shipping charges are not usually refundable.
If we shipped the wrong item to you by mistake, please contact Customer Care and we will ship the correct item at no additional cost.
Our processing time is 5–7 business days, excluding holidays and weekends. During the holiday season, it may extend up to 10 days. Since our Body Treats are handmade to order, we allow 3–4 days for curing and packaging. For any questions about current processing times, feel free to email us at info@bodytreatsbyshay.com.
We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays like Christmas and Labor Day. You can choose from USPS, UPS, or FedEx for delivery. USPS typically takes 2–3 days but may extend to 10 days. For Alaska and Hawaii, delivery can take 15–30 business days. If your package goes missing, contact us at info@bodytreatsbyshay.com or your local post office. UPS 2-Day Air and 3-Day Air options are also available for faster delivery. Ground shipping from our Tallahassee, FL center takes around 5 days but may vary. For guaranteed delivery, we recommend UPS Air options. Thank you for choosing us!
Our Premium Fragrance Oils are all expertly crafted right here in the U.S by master perfumers. With decades of industry experience, our Nature's Oil team of perfumers are certified by the IFRA to ensure compliance to quality standards. Each fragrance is then run through rigorous quality control to ensure both quality and consistency in every drop. We then package each 15ml and 60ml fragrance oil in a beautiful glass amber bottle to protect freshness and then top it off with a european style dropper tip to control the flow of material. Each bottle also contains a safety seal cap to ensure your product arrives to you sealed from our factory. We hope you enjoy every one of our thoughtfully curated scents...over 500 and counting.
Our fragrance oils are great for soap making, creating your own candles, air freshener spray, skin and hair care formulations, cleaning products, for use in home aroma diffusers, scented dryer sheets, to freshen a drawer, potpourri, freshen carpets, massage/body oil, sugar scrubs, bath bombs, perfume, cologne and much more. Personalize any of your unscented products. Use your imagination to create a scent that is simply yours.
–Please Note – This fragrance may also work in countless other applications. The uses above are simply those products that we lab tested this fragrance in. For other uses, it is recommended to test a small amount prior to full scale use. All of our fragrance oils are intended for external use only and should not be ingested under any circumstances.
